Paradise One is now closed indefinitely

Our cabins and retreat venue are nestled amongst tropical plants and permaculture gardens, with 1.2km of the magical Wilson’s creek running through the property. There are multiple swimming holes on site where you will find inspiration and purification.
There is no mobile reception here, so turn off your phone and delve into your art!

Our main hall and venue is full of creative expression, with murals and prints on the walls, dream catchers, sculptures, and a large collection of musical instruments. Having already hosted well known visionary artists such as Amanda Sage , Chris Dyer, Adam Scott Miller, Aloria Weaver & David Heskin, Daniel Mirante, Michael Fuchs (see full list @ Past & Present Tutors) and musicians such as Spoonbill, Ill Gates and Dub FX, Paradise One is becoming a creative hub for Northern NSW.

Our vision is to create a totally self-sufficient eco-retreat and village, and we’re well on the way: we grow much of our fresh produce, we harvest our own water, and most of our energy is generated by solar power. Please be mindful of this during your stay.

Paradise One offers its guests conscious international cuisine, created from fresh produce grown on site, & supplemented by local and/ or organic suppliers. Our head chef lived and worked in China for 8 years and lovingly prepares authentic meals from all over Asia. Meals are served at long tables, giving participants and facilitators a chance to connect on a more personal level- definitely one of the highlights of the retreats!

Our accommodation is in comfortable cabins amongst tropical backdrops, some with views of the creek. We have a variety of options to suit different budgets.
Paradise One is only a 15 min. drive from Byron Bay, & easily accessible to both Ballina/Byron, & Coolangatta airports. Shuttle buses can transport you to Byron & transport to Paradise One can then be arranged.

Once you arrive here, you’ll see why we called it Paradise!
